Orise Technology Co., Ltd. today (17) held its BOD meeting and acknowledged its financial statements for 2011. Revenue and net profit for 2011 were NT$ 4,165M and NT$ 136M, respectively; down 25.25% and 71.90%, respectively, from revenue of NT$ 5,572M and net profit of NT$ 485M for 2010.
